ALL BRAN CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 c. whole All Bran
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. syrup
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Combine All Bran, milk and syrup; let stand until most of moisture is taken up. Add egg and shortening and beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add to first mixture stirring only until combined. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake about 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Yield 9 muffins, 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
