2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together (can be divided to make different flavors). Roll in chopped nuts and chill.

Other items that can be added:

dried beef
grated onions
pimentos
parsley, chopped
chives
green peppers, chopped fine
Ranch dressing (powdered kind)
dash of salt

Can omit mustard and mayonnaise.
