GROUND MEAT WITH SPINACH 
1 lb. ground meat (I use 2 pounds)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. oil or bacon grease (not really needed)
7 oz. can mushroom or cream of celery soup (I use mushroom)
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat with onion, garlic and oil if desired. Add spinach; cover and steam until spinach is separated. Remove from heat and add soup and sour cream. Place into a casserole and top with cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
