TIME SAVE CORNMEAL DRESSING 
1 c. cornmeal
2 c. cold water or chicken stock
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. sage
5 c. toasted bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 lb. bacon

Combine cornmeal and water in saucepan. Add butter and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly. Combine hot mush with remaining ingredients. (Use 1/2 cup warm water for a more moist stuffing.) Stuff turkey or bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
