VERY EASY LASAGNA 
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
10 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 jar water
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (opt.)

Brown ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning. Simmer about 20 minutes.

In 8 x 11 inch rectangular pan, layer 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 cheddar. Repeat layers ending with cheeses. Cover and seal edges with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
