FRUIT PUNCH 
3 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
Juice of 8 lemons
Juice of 8 oranges
Juice of 3 limes
2 c. sugar
1 c. mint leaves
4 qt. dry ginger ale
2 qt. soda water
1 pt. fresh strawberries (optional)

Combine fruit juices, sugar and mint leaves. Chill thoroughly (overnight at least). Just before serving, add ginger ale, soda, water and strawberries. Pour over large cake of ice in punch bowl. Float thin slices of lemon and lime. Serves 35.
