PARTY MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

SAUCE:

1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, mashed
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil

For meatballs, combine all ingredients; shape into small meatballs, using about a tablespoon for each. Brown in small amount of shortening in large skillet, turning often, until brown. Drain fat.

For sauce, combine all ingredients, pour over browned meatballs; simmer about 30 minutes. Serve in chafing dish.

Makes 4 dozen small meatballs.
