DUMPLINGS FOR CHICKEN PAPRIKA | |
2 c. flour 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in beaten egg and melted butter. Add milk to make batter stiff enough to drop from a spoon. Drop batter by spoonfuls. Cover pan tightly and cook dumplings 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT lift cover until ready to serve. |
