BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be chewy. Do not over bake. Cut while warm.
