REESE TYPE BARS 
Crust:

1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water

Topping:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate
1 tbsp. oil

Combine first 6 ingredients with 2 tablespoons water in large bowl. Beat until well blended and mixture forms ball. Pat into 7x11-inch dish. Smooth top.

Melt chocolate chips with oil in double boiler. Mix well. Spread smooth over peanut butter mixture. Let stand until set. Cut into squares.
