MEAT MARINADE 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all of the above together and add the meat. Turn the meat over every 1/2 to 1 hour. This is good with ball tip steaks and chicken.
