1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. ketchup or tomato paste
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients together and pour into a 9x9 pan. Spread ketchup over meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over ketchup. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour.
