ADAM'S APPLE 
1 can apple pie filling or 2-3 c. fresh cooked apples
Cinnamon to taste
1 lg. egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, melted

Spread apples in bottom of large baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat egg. Add vanilla.

In another bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking powder. Add egg and mix until crumbly texture. Sprinkle evenly over apples; pour melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until lightly brown. May also use other fruits or pie filling.
