APPLESAUCE PUDDING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. red hots
1/4 c. hot water
#2 can applesauce (303)
1 well beaten egg white

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Dissolve red hots in hot water. Combine red hots with applesauce; mix with Jello. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in egg white. Chill until firm.
