GUACAMOLE TOMATOES 
4 tomatoes hollowed out (save the pulp)
1 lg. ripe avocado
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream

Mash the avocado, then mix it with the tomato pulp and the rest. Spike it if you like with Tabasco, salt and pepper. Stuff it into the tomatoes and serve it on lettuce.
