THE CASSEROLE 
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
4 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn, drained

Brown hamburger and onions in bacon grease. Drain fat. Mix together soup, water and chili powder.

In 1 1/2 quart casserole layer noodles, ground beef onion mixture, bacon, pepper, cheese, corn and tomato soup. Bake at 350 degrees F. until hot and bubbly.
