SOUTHERN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
3 c. cooked, coarsely chopped chicken
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 can water
1 c. mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and arrange in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, water, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder. Mix well. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated.
