BEEF AND NOODLE SPECIAL 
12 oz. pkg. egg noodles
8 oz. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mushroom pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef

Cook noodles. Brown onion and ground beef. Drain fat. Add sour cream, soup, mushroom pieces, salt, pepper and ketchup and mix. Cook for 3 minutes.

Prepare in oiled baking dish. Layer half of noodles, half of meat mixture, 3 ounces Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and lightly brown. Makes 8-10 servings.
