PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar, divided
1/2 c. butter
9-12 peach halves (fresh is best)
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar together. Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal. Pat firmly in 8" to 9" square pan, press 1/2 way up sides until it holds.

Skin peaches, cut in half and arrange on bottom. Sprinkle with a mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon. (You may not need to use the entire amount depending on ripeness of peaches or if less sweet product is desired.)

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then pour a mixture of slightly beaten egg yolks and sour cream over the top. Bake 30 minutes longer. Serve warm or cold.
