BARBECUE BEEF 
3 lb. sirloin tip, London broil, or bottom round
2 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim meat, brown in oil, add all other ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cook for 2-3 hours. When tender, use 2 forks to shred meat. Continue cooking 1/2 to 1 hour until meat is very tender.
