CHICKEN CASSEROLE DISH 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 pt. milk
2-3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
Bread crumbs

Make dressing of cornbread mix according to directions on box.

Combine milk, flour, salt, and pepper in saucepan, put on fire. Beat eggs and add to milk. Cook until thick.

In buttered casserole dish, put dressing, chicken pieces over dressing, pour sauce over chicken. Crumble bread crumbs over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
