BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg yolk, well beaten 4 tbsp. milk Cream butter thoroughly, gradually adding sugar. When light and fluffy, add vanilla, egg yolk, and milk. Beat well. Good over plain cake or ice cream. |
