LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 pkg. lemon Jello

Combine in mixing bowl the cake mix and Jello. Add oil and orange juice slowly, mixing at low speed until well blended. Add eggs and lemon extract. Continue mixing until smooth. Bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Pour icing over cake while it is still hot.

ICING: Mix juice of 1/2 to 1 1/2 lemons with enough 10X (confectioners') sugar to make a thin paste and pour over cake.
