BUTTERMILK-COCONUT PIE 
1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
9 generous tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until solid.
