APPLE CRUMBLE 
15 apples, peeled & cut up
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. butter, soft
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Peel and cut up apples; set aside in bowl. Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter. Put 1/2 on bottom of cake pan for crust, save other 1/2 of crust for topping. Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until clear. Mix with apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour over crust, then put remaining crust over apples. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
