IRISH SODA BREAD II 
4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. caraway seeds (opt.)
1 c. raisins
2 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add butter, milk, eggs and mix well. Add raisins and caraway seeds. Pour into a greased and floured 8" square or round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more until a golden brown.
