CHINESE STYLE BROCCOLI | |
2 bunches of broccoli 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. oyster sauce 1 tbsp. chopped garlic Sugar to your taste (approx. 1 tsp.) 1/3 tsp. vinegar Put broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain. Put oil in pan, add garlic, mix with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and vinegar. Then mix with broccoli. Meat: Cut beef in very thin pieces mixed with flour (1/4 cup) and egg fried for 5 minutes. Then mix the meat at the end with the broccoli. |
