BLUEBERRY DELIGHT PIE 
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine these ingredients and press into a pie pan. Chill thoroughly or bake at 300 degrees about 15 minutes and then chill. 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Beat eggs and vanilla, add sugar and softened cheese. Beat well and pour filling into crust. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Top with 1 cup blueberry pie filling, then with 1/2 pint of whipping cream that has been whipped with sugar and vanilla to taste. Chill before serving.
