JELLO CHEESE SALAD 
1 box lemon
1 box cherry Jello (or any other flavor)
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 lb. marshmallows (32 lg.)
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup hot water in a saucepan. Cut up marshmallows and stir into hot Jello until dissolved. Add undrained pineapple to mixture. Allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together with electric mixer. Add to Jello and marshmallows. Allow to cool, then fold in heavy cream that has been whipped. Pour into a Pyrex dish (10x13 square dish) until set.

Dissolve cherry Jello (or any other flavor) in 2 cups of hot water. When thoroughly cold, pour over first mixture - gently.

NOTE: By changing the color of the second Jello, you an make the top any corresponding color to the time of the year.
