BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling (or any other fruit pie filling)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Spread 3/4 of this mixture in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Spread with blueberry pie filling. Dab remaining dough on top of blueberry filling. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting, if desired.
