2 c. diced stale bread
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. parsley
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1 scraped apple
Sprinkle of poultry seasoning
1 stalk diced celery
1 med. onion
1 egg

Toss all ingredients together and stuff bird.
