SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour (use 1/2 c. to roll out dough)

Bake at 400 degrees 8 minutes. Dough should be chilled for a couple hours. It will be easier to handle. Don't use too much extra flour.
