3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar

Put butter and sugar in food processor, or mix until crumbly. Press firmly in an oblong pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then let cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip
