1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients in blender. Beat 30 seconds. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean. Cool.
