SHRIMP DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shrimp
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. chives
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. dry sherry

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight to blend all flavors. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve on Melba toast.
