CRYSTALLIZED PEANUTS 
2 c. raw peanuts, with husks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until sugar becomes syrupy and sticks to peanuts, 5 to 10 minutes. Spread on greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir often.
