CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 tbsp. butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 thin slices prosciutto
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine

In frying pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side. Season with oregano and pepper. Place a slice of prosciutto and cheese on each breast. Drizzle with wine. Cover and cook until cheese melts and chicken is cooked through. Serves 4.
