CENTURY SALAD 
6 c. mixed salad greens, chopped
2 artichoke hearts, quartered
4 hearts of palm, sliced
1/2 avocado, diced
2 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tomato, cut in 8 wedges
2 hard boiled eggs, each cut in 6 wedges

Put 1 1/2 greens on each plate. Divide artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, and avocado; put over greens. Sprinkle half cup chopped turkey and 1/4 cup Swiss cheese each salad. Put two tomato wedges and 3 egg wedges on each salad. Serve with choice of dressing.
