PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. reg. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 small container of Cool Whip
1 large pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. boiling water

First Layer: Mix and press pretzels, butter. and regular sugar in a 11 X 13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes and cool.

Middle Layer: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar well. Add Cool Whip. Spread over crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Top Layer: Mix Jello and water; set aside and let cool. Add frozen strawberries and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Cut into squares when set. It is best to make the night before.
