MILK TOAST 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1-2 tsp. butter
2 slices toast
Salt to taste

Scald milk. As soon as it is ready to boil, turn heat to medium and gently crack 2 eggs into the milk. Poach approximately 2 minutes. Put to taste in a flat bowl and put egg on toast and cover with 1 cup milk. Dot with butter. Salt to taste. Serves 2.
