2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers

Place vanilla wafers in cupcake paper in muffin tin. Top with large spoonful of creamed mixture. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.). Serves 15-18.
