1 lb. pkg. noodles, cooked
1 can dried beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole. Cover with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly.
