HOT SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilies
1 8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
corn chips

Cook and drain sausage. Drain tomatoes reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Stir all ingredients together except for the cheddar cheese.

Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
