TRIPLE LAYERED LEMON CHEESECAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 (22 oz.) can lemon pie filling (Lucky Leaf already prepared in can)

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into 13x9-inch pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon peel until smooth and fluffy. Spread over mixture. Bake until set, for 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool. Makes 10-12 servings.
