DEVILED HADDOCK 
4 haddock fillets (1 1/2 lbs.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
Paprika

Spray baking dish with Pam. Arrange haddock fillets in dish. Brush with lemon juice, combine with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 6 minutes. While fish bakes, combine all remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs. Saute in small fry pan for 3-4 minutes until onion softens. Take off stove and add bread crumbs. Spread on top of fillets and bake an additional 6 minutes. If desired, broil 1 minute to brown topping.
