HARVEST STEW 
2 lbs. stew
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tomatoes or 1 can whole tomatoes
1 c. beef broth
1 sm. pumpkin (about 10 inch in diameter)
4 potatoes
8 onions
2 c. green beans

Flour meat and brown. Add tomatoes and broth; simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Cut pumpkin off. Scoop out meat in chunks and measure 2 cups. Leave well about 1/2 inch thick. Leave bottom thick. Stir pumpkin chunks, potato, onions, and beans. Boil. Spoon in pumpkin shell. cover with pumpkin top. Bake in a pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until tender.
