CAPE COD COLESLAW 
6 c. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. cider vinegar and oil
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix cabbage with vinegar and oil. Blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Chill several hours. Serves 4.
