3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Cream butter, sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Alternate gradually flour mixture until well mixed. Mix 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons sugar together and sprinkle on top of cookies. Drop by tablespoons 4 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
