BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken (diced)
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 2/3 c. salad dressing
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix chicken, celery, almonds, onions and lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Add salad dressing and toss lightly. Put into casserole and top with cheese, then potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until it bubbles. It is very important to not pack the chicken salad down in the baking dish.
