ECLAIR CAKE 
2 sm. French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

Mix pudding and milk and whip until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. In a 9x13 inch pan, put layers of whole graham crackers, then layer of pudding. Alternate until you have 3 layers. Start and end with graham crackers. Top with Chocolate Frost and chill 1 hour.
